11/25/2024I’ve received my order, but when opening the boxes I had to see that the bottle of the INCENSE RORI ATTAR was already opened/damaged: the absolutely essential rubber-seal-ring, which seals the bottleneck and also keeps the lid tight, is INSIDE the bottle, and most of the oil was seeping out of the bottle into the box (See photos below!) Please send me a NEW bottle of INCENSE RORI ATTAR 12ml as replacement, as soon as possible, as I need it for an upcoming wedding! (The OUD ULYA ATTAR came in a new, untouched intact bottle, with the rubber-seal-ring properly in place and additionally a plastic foil seal on top! That’s how I expect the INCENSE RORI to be as well!!) With kind regards, S. Hofmeister
