Part of the Essences collection by Amouage, it is crafted through a revolutionary double-infusion process with sandalwood chips and artisanal oakwood barrels. Aged for six months and composed at an exceptional 30% concentration, Remain embodies patience, precision, and the quiet power of time, presented in the House’s first new bottle design in 15 years.
Created by Pierre Negrin, the fragrance opens with a radiant tension of Hojari frankincense, mandarin, bergamot, and pimento berry, ignited by green aromatic freshness. At its heart, vanilla reveals its paradox—raw yet refined—wrapped in the luminous florality of ylang-ylang, jasmine, and Madonna lily. The base anchors the composition in perfumery’s sacred roots, where ambergris, sandalwood, guaiacwood, patchouli, and tonka bean leave a deep, resonant trail that feels eternal and profoundly grounded.
